At MWC 2026, the Pininfarina-designed Infinix Note 60 Ultra makes its premiere with a huge 7,000 mAh battery and a 200 MP camera.
The Note 60 Ultra smartphone, built by the renowned Italian automaker and designer Pininfarina, has been formally introduced by Infinix. It also includes a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 CPU, a huge silicon-carbon battery that supports 100 W rapid charging, and a 200 MP primary camera.
The camera is housed in an edge-to-edge module composed of a single sheet of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, which Infinix claims "virtually conceals the presence of the camera." The camera is nonetheless slightly elevated above the phone's back panel.
According to the business, it also enhances the phone's hand feel, makes it simpler to fit into a pocket, and increases longevity.

The Infinix Note 60 Ultra is more than simply a name printed on the side, which is the best news. The design has been thoughtfully created, and it stands out from the competition thanks to a number of truly unique features.
The camera module is the most obvious component of the design. Pininfarina gave it a consistent, symmetrical appearance by concealing the lenses beneath a flat piece of glass. It makes me think of Porsche Design's approach to smartphone design, where symmetry is the only acceptable design.
Up to 1% of the battery's health is restored every 200 charge cycles thanks to this battery's unique self-healing technology, which reverses wear during charge cycles.
For the Note 60 Ultra, Infinix guarantees five years of security patches and three years of significant operating system updates.
Infinix was established in 2013 and is a division of Transsion, a Chinese mobile conglomerate. Asia and Africa are the main markets for its phones.
The phone's top-heavy design and the extent to which it protrudes from the back are drawbacks of the camera module and screen being covered in glass. At 220 grams, it is heavy. To secure the phone, a stylish leather case is provided in the box.
The wireless charger that is included in the presentation box should also be mentioned. It's a car-shaped, swooping, flowing metal slab with a wireless charging puck on top and a USB C cable hidden underneath. It's a great addition to the Ultra package, masterfully over-engineered, and a lovely tribute to Pininfarina's design heritage.
With a 200-megapixel primary camera with a 2x optical zoom, a 50MP periscope telephoto with a 3.5x optical zoom, and an 8MP wide-angle camera, the camera receives unique treatment. Additionally, it can record 4K video at 60 frames per second. Satellite telephony, JBL speakers, and an IP64 dust and water resistant rating are among the unique features.
And lastly, AI is widely available. The same firm that owns Tecno also owns Infinix, which rebrands Tecno's Ella AI as Folax. With the exception of the adorable features, it seems to function similarly to the Tecno Camon 50 Ultra's Ella.
The 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HPE sensor in the middle is intended to provide ultra-high-resolution images with enhanced clarity and detail. It is equipped with a 112-degree ultra-wide camera and a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN5 periscope telephoto lens.
With a 2x optical crop, 3.5x optical zoom, 7x lossless digital zoom, and up to 100x zoom for far-off subjects, the system offers a flexible zoom range.
With Ultra HDR Capture, which is driven by a proprietary XDR Image Engine, Infinix also offers support for the XDR display standard. Particularly in difficult lighting situations like night sceneries or sunsets, the system seeks to more precisely maintain highlights and shadows.
